6. CHORLEYWOOD PARISH COUNCIL WEBSITE

To agree the contract for the website which has been issued under separate cover under the Data Protection Act .To authorise the Clerk to sign on behalf of the Council. The document is currently being viewed by the Council’s solicitor and any comments will be advised at the meeting

7. BALLOT PAPER FOR THE ELECTION TO THE HAPTC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
