The Committee RESOLVED
That the minutes of the meeting of 29th January 2008 be approved as a true and correct record.

There were no matters arising:
07/150 LETTERS OF OBJECTION/EXPLANATION
There were no letters of objection received prior to the agenda being published..
There were subsequently 3 letters of objection received for planning application - 08/0167/FUL - Keepers Cottage, 128 Valley Road, Rickmansworth
One letter of objection received for 08/0122/FUL - 29 Wyatts Road, Chorleywood
07/151 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
At the discretion of the Chairman, the meeting was stopped at 8.04pm and reconvened at 8.07 pm

To note the planning decisions received for the period ending 8 th, February, 2008.
07/155 URGENT ITEMS
i) Plans.
38 Valley Road, Rickmansworth
The above was noted by the Committee but comments have been withheld until a planning application has been received.
ii) Wildlife and countryside Act 1981, Section 53.
Public enquiry regarding the footpath between common Road through Betjeman Gardens and onto Station Approach. The inquiry will take place on Tuesday 8 th July 2008 at Chorleywood War Memorial Hall.
The Committee noted the above.
iii) East of England Regional Plan - Review on Traveller and Gypsy Accommodation.
Sent under separate cover.
The Committee noted the report .
07/156 TRANSPORT
Update on the Bus Passenger Representation.
There were no comments received from any of the Councillors.
The Committee elected Option 1 - Working with Existing Bus Passenger Bodies to reduce level of bureaucracy , however as this has proved unsuccessful in the past, would take Option 3 and see co-ordination for all forms of public transport.
