Chorleywood Village Day

Once again the Parish Council’s Village Day event considered to be a great success and even described as ‘The Best Ever’. From all the feedback we have received the day was both fun and profitable for all the 98 stall holders , who we would like to thank for joining us, and helping to make the day so enjoyable.

The Parish Council would also like to say a BIG thank you to all our sponsors:

• Chorleywood Cricket Club for providing the Dog Show ‘Best in Show Cup’

• Poores of Chorleywood for donation of outdoor games for the ‘Fancy Hat Competition

The lucky winner of the Parish Council competition was Mrs Holloway of Clements Road, who correctly guessed that the number of goldfish removed from Darvels Pond was 422.
