Frank Mahon Daly Declaration Of Interests

Councillor Mahon-Daly was born in Malawi and educated in Zimbabwe, Dublin and then London.

He served his National Service as an officer in the British Army in the Rhine and then in Northern Ireland, before marrying a Swedish girl and settling in Reading.

Councillor Mahon-Daly went on to join a law firm and was elected as a Borough Councillor. Before retiring, he moved to a London law firm, commuting to the Capital daily, and then to a firm in Potters Bar. In 2006, he moved to Chorleywood to be near some of his grandchildren.
