Cancellation of Hire

Cancellation of the hiring can be accepted only on the following terms:-

• Cancellation notice given 22 or more days before the date of booking – Payment of 25% of fees.
• Cancellation notice given 15 to 21 days before the date of booking – Payment of 50% of fees.
• Cancellation notice given 8 to 14 days before the date of booking – Payment of 75% of fees.
• Cancellation notice given 7 days or less before the date of booking – Payment of full fees.
• There is no exception for cancellation due to bad weather.
